The Emperor cruise of Ha Long Bay exceeded our already high expectations. The staff was polite, enthusiastic and friendly. The activities, Exercises on the deck, cooking class, kayaking, Cave visit, and visit to the pearl farm and market where you can buy high quality pearls were lots of fun and the food was really delicious and well prepared. The rooms were (only 8) were very comfortable. The 24 hour stay was on the pricey side but worth every penny, The on board director Chris,was excellent and his staff, Than who gave the exercise class and all the others were outstanding. Thank you Emperor Cruise for a very memorable stay on Ha Long Bay. There is an excellent newly build highway between Hanoi and Halong Bay.

The price was a little high and the choices of food should contain a larger variety and suggested the provision of coffee, sweets and cakes between meals and suggested to be on board the cruise events such as mini party or competitions or events especially in the evening. And apart from that the service was excellent and the staff is very friendly and friendly and takes care of the requirements and comfort of the guests and distinguished in Cruz that the total rooms are not 8 rooms large and small, which gives the guest privilege services and calm and the views were amazing and the best stay is not less than two nights and strongly advised

A superb onboard experience. Only 10 cabins, so you really feel very special. So luxurious, from the amazing artwork to the beautiful bedding. We enjoyed all the activities (kayaking, massage, fishing village etc). Food was very high standard (we particularly enjoyed the lunch). And then there is the view, so easily appreciated through the floor to ceiling windows. The pre-boarding experience wasn’t up to the standard of the cruise. Had to wait around in a slightly smelly area for over an hour. They should have taken us on board and given us a briefing, eg itinerary and activity options. That could be done by one staff member on the main deck while rooms, catering etc are getting finalised.
