Experience was fantastic absolutely breath taking views. Must do if you are in Vietnam. Staff went above and over. Rooms were good size and clean. All meals where fantastic. Activities were great lots to do. Staff need to have a little bit more control on how much food people take so there is enough for everyone. As some passengers were not very courteous when it came to food they would fill up there plates especially when it came to the deserts and there wasn't any left for other passengers.

We enjoy the roof top area, a place that all of us can relax and chat and drink! We enjoy the birthday surprise that was presented to my friend. Making spring rolls is fun, its taste's delicious. The food is excellent.

This time, I participated with my wife, 4 years old and 1 year old 11 month daughter, 4 people, but it was a very memorable trip. The staff was very friendly and my daughters were happy, and the guests who boarded with us were also friendly and safe. The room was to sleep with 4 people, and specially put in a big bed. It was bigger than king size. For dinner the children also cooked the course with the course and saw the children not being able to eat, they made a difference and made fried potatoes and the children were happily eating a lot . I was very sorry that I left the dishes for my children, but it was an event that felt the kindness of Margaret Cruise staff. Although the weather was cloudy, I could still feel the amazing scenery of Halong Bay. I found out that the cave tour of the activity was particularly good and I was glad that I participated. Margaret cruises are also delicious in cooking, staff friendly, people with boarding passengers can recommend it very well. I also want to use it when coming to Halong Bay.

I booked a deluxe room for me & my friend and just completed our 2 days 1 night tour. My first impression when i came aboard is there were few guests (just over 10) but were warmly welcomed by all their staffs (over 20). Maybe this cruise is new and there are not many guests at beginning. Howerver, I highly appreciate the way their staffs served us. They are so friendly and smiley. They took care of us well both on and off board. And no problem in communicating cos they speak English quite well. Secondly, food are too much and the favour is really good The outlook from the room is wonderful. We could watch the Bay by just lying on the bed or relaxing on the sundeck is not the bad option. Halong Bay is so amazing at all ! Some things should be upgraded like the reception area is too crowded and some guests have to stand to wait before getting on the boat. But it just takes some minutes and not big problem
