Wat Langka is a world apart from all outside its walls. You can meditate there several times a week, just check online for the schedule. In the front of the complex there is a small statue across the street to assassinated labour leader Chea Vichea, who was killed in 2004. The year before Sam Bunthoeun, a high ranking Buddhist monk, was also assassinated in front of Wat Langka. Lots of modern history at this site.

Wat Ek Phnom an old temple that is small and quite viewable. Buddhist pagoda nearby. ancient pottery shards are very common on the ground

Something you must see in Siem Reap Angkor Thom's more than what I expected. It impressed me very much. Fabulous and enjoyable. Very cultural and historical.
